Recording Consent Policy

Session Recording Notice
Live workshops and training sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and to provide replay access to enrolled participants.
How Consent Works (Camera/Name Controls)
If you keep your camera and/or microphone enabled during a live session, you consent to your voice and likeness being included in the recording.
If you prefer not to appear on video, you may participate with:
- Camera off
- Microphone muted (participate via chat)
- Display name updated (e.g., use initials instead of full name)
Turning off your camera or using a pseudonym will not affect your ability to participate via chat or audio (where feasible).
Replay Access & Retention
Replays are typically made available to enrolled participants for 90 days after program completion, after which they may be deleted or archived.
We may retain recordings longer if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Accounting purposes
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
Opting Out of Recording
If you do not consent to recording, you may:
- Attend with camera/mic off (as described above)
- Request access to session materials only (no live attendance)
