Digital Products & Immediate Access

Our workshops, online training programs, systems bundles, templates, and recordings are digital services/content delivered online. By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content and/or live session booking.

No Refunds After Access Begins

Due to the immediate digital nature of delivery, all sales are final once access is granted to any Learning Management System (LMS), private portal, downloads, or replay library.

If local consumer law provides a cancellation or "cooling-off" period (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once digital access begins.

This acknowledgement is confirmed via the required checkbox at checkout.

Connectivity / Technical Failure

If a verified technical failure on the host's end prevents a scheduled live session from occurring, we will provide (at our option) a replacement session or a refund.

User-side connectivity issues (local bandwidth, device limitations, or power outages) are not grounds for a refund; however, a replay recording will be provided when available.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to training@fradystechnologies.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5-10 business days.

Specific Refund Rules for Training Programs

For live cohort training programs, please refer to our Training Enrollment Terms for specific windows (e.g., 7+ days before start for full refund).
